Function Pause functionality description

When Button with selected Function Pause action is pressed, then ManDown and No Movement scenarios are set on pause immediately. ManDown and No Movement events are not generated during Function Pause.

To reset Function Pause certain conditions must be met:

1. First Device needs to detect no movement by Movement Stop Delay
2. Detect device movement by Movement Start Delay

All ManDown and No Movement scenarios counters are reset after Function Pause is reset.
